Usability tests was conducted and analyzed, upon user insights I sketched ideas which was tested, it was proven how small tweaks could make our users get to value faster with an improved understanding of what and why they where doing it.
Step by step
We implemented a modal to focus users on the task at hand. Recognizing that users who add one clip to their profile are likely to add more, we designed a guided experience to support them throughout the process.
