Usability tests was conducted and analyzed, upon user insights I sketched ideas which was tested, it was proven how small tweaks could make our users get to value faster with an improved understanding of what and why they where doing it.
Enhancing Performance Through Data Utilization: A Case Study of Brøndby’s Men’s First Team
In my thesis, I conducted a project on how Brøndby’s men’s first team could better utilize data to enhance their performance. We undertook an extensive investigation into their current data usage practices, employing qualitative methods such as interviews with coaches and analysts, as well as observations of players and staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of their roles, challenges, and opportunities.
Through our analysis, we derived valuable insights which informed the development of a prototype aimed at transforming Brøndby’s data utilization approach. Our innovative data visualization method proved to be particularly useful for the team’s analysts, who effectively employed it to study opponents.
